Talon Esports - First Participant in ESL Clash of Nations 2023

Recently, the esports company ESL, specializing in hosting tournaments for CS:GO and CS 2, announced a Valorant tournament during the offseason. The main event, ESL Clash of Nations 2023, will feature four participants, the first of which is the Thai club - Talon Esports.

The ESL Clash of Nations 2023 will take place from November 24 to November 26, 2023. The event will host four teams, three of which will secure their slot by winning qualifications. Two slots will be contested in closed qualifiers among Thai teams, and one more among teams from Southeast Asia. One of the invitations will be directly issued to a team, which is Talon Esports, as stated by the organizers on their social networks. Read more about the event in our article.

Let's recall that Talon Esports had a disappointing competitive season. The team didn't achieve any prize places in both major tournaments during 2023, and the VCT 2023: Pacific Last Chance Qualifier ended for them with a 5th-6th place, as a result of which, they didn't qualify for the world championship. After this, the organization bid farewell to the head coach and two players, and as of today, the roster remains incomplete.
