Sliggy does not plan to return to the professional Valorant scene

In the past, professional coach Connor "Sliggy" Blomfield announced during his live broadcast on the Twitch platform that he does not plan to return to the professional Valorant scene, even though he had several offers from partner teams.

I received two offers from partner teams, but I'll say straight: right now I am 95% confident in my decision to remain a content creator, especially considering my progress in this direction. I very much like what I am doing now.

The streamer did not provide any information regarding which teams and from which region offered him to join them as a coach.

Connor 'Sliggy' Blomfield began his coaching career with the fish123 team, which later, for its performances and achievements, was signed by the Team Liquid organization. Under the “Liquid” banner, he remained in the role of a coach for 20 months, and then was placed on inactive status. Over more than twenty months, the team under his guidance became one of the best in the EMEA region and reached international tournaments three times, one of which was the 2021 World Championship where Team Liquid took 3-4 place and won 90 thousand dollars.

After three months of being in an inactive roster, his contract ended, and he left the organization. On February 10, 2023, he returned to the Team Liquid headquarters, but now as a streamer and content creator. Now he has more than 90 thousand subscribers on the Twitch platform and an average viewer count of 450.
