Silver 1 and Bronze 2 - With the release of Episode 9, the statistics on average ranks in Valorant have been updated

The release of a new episode is always an eagerly awaited event, not only because of the influx of new content into the game, but also because of the rank reset and recalibration. After the release of Act 1 of Episode 9, the Tracker.gg portal revealed new statistics regarding the average ranks in Valorant.

It’s worth noting that an Episode in Valorant is divided into 3 Acts, each lasting approximately two months. At the start of each new Episode, the ranks of all players are reset, and they receive a weapon charm named after the highest rank they achieved in the previous Episode. To recalibrate their rank, players need to play 5 matches. As always, with the release of Episode 9, the ranks of all players were reset, after which Tracker.gg displayed the statistics for average ranks in Valorant post-calibration.

This information was obtained after tracking more than 3 million players. As can be seen in the image, at the start of Episode 9, the most popular rank became Silver 1, with 11.055% of players, approximately equating to 366,661 participants. The second most popular rank was Bronze 2, with 10.771% of players, equating to 357,241 participants. Surprisingly, the least number of players were at the Radiant rank, with 0.0001% of the total and only 46 people having achieved this rank.

At the end of Episode 8, the most popular rank was Gold, with 22.65% of players at this rank. However, it should not be assumed that the level of ordinary players has significantly dropped; it is just the beginning of the competitive season and many have not yet completed their calibration. Therefore, it is quite possible that the average rank of all players in Valorant may increase in the future.
