S2G Esports loses another Valorant player

Today it became known that the Turkish team S2G Esports, which recently lost almost its entire Valorant roster, is parting ways with another player from the main roster. After nearly a year of collaboration, the player known by the nickname lurzy0y0 is leaving the club.

İbrahim Sandıkçı, playing under the nickname "lurzy0y0" has an extensive list of performances for various clubs. He began his career with Sangal Esports, with whom he competed in the regional tournament First Strike Turkey, contending for a prize pool of $40,000. He was also seen in the rosters of Fire Flux Esports, Kafalar Esports, and Thunderbolts Gaming.

The S2G Esports team managed to participate in only two tournaments in the 2023 season. One of them was VALORANT Challengers 2023 Turkey, where the team took part in two splits, earning them a spot in VCT 2023: Ascension EMEA Play-In. It's worth noting that lurzy0y0 played only in the second split of the season and has not appeared on the esports scene since then.

Currently, S2G Esports has only one player remaining in the roster, Batuhan "russ" Malgaç. The organization plans to recruit a new roster as they are listed among the participants in VALORANT Challengers 2024 Turkey: Birlik Split 1, which starts in a month.
