Rumors: Talon Esports signs former XERXIA player Surf

The VALO2ASIA portal reports that former XERXIA player Thanachart "Surf" Rungapajaratkul is set to join Talon Esports. This move will make Surf the sixth member of the roster ahead of the VCT season.

According to reports, the team is currently in the final stages of deciding to include Surf in the lineup. Surf actively participated with XERXIA during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, playing as a duelist. He also took part in the 2022 VALORANT Champions.

If this information is accurate, Surf will become the sixth member of Talon Esports, replacing Patiphan, who departed in December. In November of the previous year, the team welcomed ban, lenne, Governor, with plans to seek redemption for the disappointing previous season in the Pacific League.

Surf is the only member of the XERXIA lineup that competed in the VALORANT Champions 2022. Many former teammates have moved on to Tier 1 leagues, including Crws, who joined Talon Esports, and sScary, who also won the Ascension championship.

Confirmation of Surf addition is likely to come soon. Currently, the club has no scheduled events, providing ample time for training with the sixth member of the roster.
