The Korean organization DRX has parted ways with three players from its Valorant roster and has already found replacements for them, as reported by journalist Tanmay. These are the biggest lineup changes since 2022.
Mid-season Restructuring
The current DRX lineup showed mediocre results at the start of the VCT season, finishing 3rd-4th at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024: Pacific Kickoff. The first changes in 2024 occurred after signing Kang "BeYN" Ha-bin to replace Cho "Flashback" Min-hyuk. However, this did not improve the situation, and the team once again finished 4th at VCT 2024: Pacific Stage 1. After this, the management decided to bring back Flashback in place of Kim "stax" Gu-taek, which allowed the team to achieve better results, notably advancing to the Valorant Champions 2024, where they took 5th-6th place.

Major Changes

New Faces — New Opportunities?
Replacing three players could be a decisive step for DRX in 2025. Signing promising newcomers from the Challengers league indicates the team's desire to refresh and boost its competitiveness on the international stage. However, whether these changes will help DRX and if they will happen at all, only time will tell.
