The Korean organization Sin Prisa Gaming secured a spot in the top division of VCT Pacific this year, becoming one of the 12 teams participating in the biggest events. However, it seems the team may not compete under its own banner, as rumors suggest another Korean organization, Nongshim RedForce, is set to acquire them.

He claims that Nongshim RedForce has already acquired the championship-winning team, and in 2025, Sin Prisa Gaming will compete under the Nongshim banner. However, this information has not yet been confirmed.
It’s worth noting that this isn’t the first time a major organization has acquired Ascension champions. In 2023, G2 Esports similarly acquired almost the entire roster of The Guard, who won Ascension Americas and secured a two-year slot in the VCT Americas partner league.
