Roster changes in CTRL Esports - JKG leaves the team, and petals joins in his place

Today it became known that the British team CTRL Esports is making changes to its Valorant lineup. After a disappointing performance at the Challengers League 2024 Northern Europe: Polaris open qualifiers, Jan "JKG" Kohl is leaving the team, and Ben “petals” Colledge is joining in his place.

The team announced such changes on their official social networks. The club's management said goodbye to the former player and wished him the best in his future endeavors. In addition, the team welcomes the newcomer to its ranks and has high hopes for him, as he will represent the team's flag in upcoming tournaments.

Jan "JKG" Kohl has been competing with CTRL Esports since the beginning of 2023 but left the team after 6 months. In early 2024, he returned to the team to play in the Valorant Challengers 2024 Northern Europe: Polaris Split 1 open qualifiers. The team's performance ended with an elimination in the 9-16th places, resulting in Jan leaving the team. In turn, Ben “petals” Colledge is a promising newcomer who has been playing on the professional scene only since 2023 but has already shown good results.

After the last tournament, CTRL Esports has time to adapt the new player and conduct important training. We will follow the team to see if the newcomer helps achieve good results.
