During this long period, Valorant esports fans will witness numerous tournaments. Among them are 4 Ascension events in each competitive region, after which we will learn about the new teams that have joined Riot's partnership program and will compete in the VCT division next year. The OFF//SEASON will be opened by 4 Ascension tournaments in each competitive Valorant region. During these, teams will fight for one slot in the VCT partner league for 2025.

  • VCT Ascension Americas (Sept 9 - 21)
  • VCT Ascension EMEA (Aug 31 - Sept 15)
  • VCT Ascension PACIFIC (Sept 20 - 29)
  • VCT ASCENSION CN (Sept 11 - 21)

Two days after the end of Ascension, numerous tournaments will begin, during which both the most famous teams and lesser-known ones from the tier-2 Challengers league will compete. In total, there will be 34 different events in 2024, distributed as follows: 14 tournaments in the Pacific region, 8 tournaments in EMEA, 10 tournaments in the Americas, and 2 tournaments in the China region.

Simultaneously with these tournaments, the Women's Game Changers World Championship will be held in Berlin, where the 10 strongest teams will compete for the title of world champion. Invitations to the tournament will be distributed as follows: 3 slots for EMEA, 2 slots for Pacific, 2 slots for North America, 1 slot for Brazil, 1 slot for China, and 1 slot for Latam.

In addition, throughout the entire off-season, competitions will be held in the tier-2 Challenger league. Even regular Valorant players can enter it through the Premier mode.
