On September 4, the in-game Pick’Ems for the upcoming Champions 2025 were opened. In addition to the already standard features from last year, a new Factions mechanic with rewards was introduced.

On September 4, Riot Games opened predictions for the opening round of Champions Paris. This can be done both in-game (In Esports tab) and on the official website. Players are asked to choose the final result of each group from first to fourth place. For correctly chosen teams that advance to the next stage, users will receive 16 points and 2 additional ones for their position. Access to the first round will be available until the 12th. This year, the “Factions” feature was added, where users can choose from 10 different factions, each represented by the face of a VALORANT influencer, including both content creators and former professional players such as TenZ, Sacy and Mixwell. By joining a faction, your earned points (if you rank within the top 75% of the faction’s users) will be added to the tally, and if it wins, users will receive an additional reward. It is important to note that none of the factions have any exclusive reward that wasn’t previously available in the game. You can only join before the start of the group stage (September 12), and this can be done via this link.
