On February 3rd, Riot Games introduced the team of hosts and commentators who will be responsible for the official broadcasts of the Kickoff Americas tournament in Portuguese. Scheduled for February 16th, this tournament marks the beginning of the 2024 season in the Valorant Champions Tour (VCT).

Following the departure of Bernardo “BiDa” Moura and Guilherme “tixinhadois” Cheida from the hosting team, Riot Games presented new professionals ready to take on the mission of broadcasting the tournament in Portuguese.

The names of the new hosting and commentary team are as follows:

This team of experts will immerse viewers in the atmosphere of the Kickoff Americas tournament, which serves as the opening event in the VCT. Starting from February 16th, 11 teams will compete for two valuable slots in the upcoming Masters tournament, as well as points necessary for participation in the Champions tournament.

The first clashes between FURIA and MIBR are expected on Friday, February 16th. These teams will battle for glory, recognition, and the chance to advance further in the Valorant Champions Tour.
