Riot Games has released data showing record audience figures for the VCT leagues in 2024, highlighting a significant increase in the popularity of Valorant esports events. Notably, the VCT China league achieved a record peak of 1.88 million concurrent viewers, surpassing the combined peak viewers of the other three VCT leagues.
Nevertheless, all regional leagues showed substantial audience growth. Specifically, the VCT Americas league reached a peak of 810,000 concurrent viewers, a 53% increase compared to previous seasons.
