On December 9, Riot Games released a teaser featuring a new VALORANT agent. The video shows a man sitting in an airplane cabin, drinking coffee. His face is obscured, but it's clear he’s wearing sunglasses and has a muscular build. Based on his posture before jumping out of the plane, it's suggested that this is the new character.

The video’s title uses the Spanish phrase "Quiubo, VALORANT?", which is a casual expression popular in Mexico and Colombia. A traditional Latin dish, "arepa," is also visible on the table, hinting that the new agent may be from Latin America.

According to Dexerto, the new agent will be Colombian and serve as an initiator. Currently, there are 25 agents in the game, with 6 taking on the role of initiators. The last initiator added was Gekko in March 2023.

The new agent is expected to debut in VALORANT in January 2025, as part of Episode 10. Fans are eagerly awaiting more details about the new character’s abilities.
