Today, on May 22nd, Riot Games released a video detailing the future updates for the game Valorant.
One of the key announcements was about the planned map rotation changes in patch 8.11, scheduled for early June. According to the information provided, Breeze and Split maps will be removed from the map pool, while Haven will return to the game after approximately five months of absence.
The company also outlined role diversity as one of the main directions for the game's development this year. Representatives from the live game team noted that increasing the diversity of agents within roles is their top priority. There are plans to increase the number of effective agents in each role, considering that "overpowered agents diminish the priority of choosing other agents."

Balance focused on duelists was also announced as one of the major changes in the upcoming patch. This was prompted by a reduction in the variety of duelist choices, especially at higher ranks and in the professional scene.
Additionally, the video presented details about future skins for the game, including the development of a skin for the new Outlaw weapon, as well as the progress of the match replay feature's development.
Riot Games also noted that despite the presence of small patches, significant changes in game balance are not expected until the end of the championship in Seoul in August.
