On December 23, Riot Games officially announced the conclusion of its partnership with RAGE, the operator of “VALORANT Esports Japan,” at the end of 2024. This marks a significant milestone in the evolution of Japan’s competitive VALORANT scene.
Collaboration Highlights
RAGE has played a key role in supporting Japanese esports since the launch of VALORANT in 2020. The company organized national tournaments like “VALORANT Challengers Japan” and numerous events for players and fans. Despite the end of the partnership, Riot Games reaffirmed its commitment to developing the local competitive scene by continuing to provide a platform for players and fans alike.
