Red Bull Home Ground #4 - EMEA Qualifier to take place in Istanbul with Invited teams

The organizers of the Red Bull Home Ground 4 tournament have announced on their Twitter page that the Red Bull Home Ground 4 - EMEA Qualifier will take place on October 14-15 in Istanbul, Turkey, with invited teams.

Following the successful conclusion of the Japanese qualifiers, where Fennel secured a victory and guaranteed themselves a slot at the Red Bull Home Ground 4 tournament, the organizers have decided to share more information regarding the European qualifiers. Up until now, there had been no official details other than rumors, which turned out to be true. The qualifiers will take place in a LAN format in Istanbul, Turkey, with invited teams, which is significantly different from the Japanese qualifiers that were held online and were open for any team to participate.

The organizers have chosen to keep the list of invited teams under wraps but added that fans could find out by following their official social media channels. Likely, Red Bull Gaming will be announcing the teams one by one over a period of time, similar to how it was with teams that received a direct invitation to the main event.

Red Bull Home Ground 4 will take place from November 3 to 5 in Tokyo, Japan's capital. This tournament is a part of the recently announced events in the OFF//SEASON series. The event will feature 8 teams competing over 2 days for a prize pool. Information regarding the size of the prize pool is currently unavailable.
