A few days before the start of the VCT 2024: Game Changers EMEA Stage 1 tournament, the Turkish organization BBL Queens once again announces roster changes. Zeynep "Rayka" Kalkan, after a year of collaboration, moves to the substitute bench.
The year 2024 begins with significant changes for the team. In early February, the club signed Ayşe "schnellÆ" Ergül and Aslıhan "proxima" Uslu, who joined the main lineup. A few days later, BBL Queens lost Aleyna "Vania" Keskin, who became part of G2 Gozen.
Yesterday, the groups of VCT 2024: Game Changers EMEA Stage 1 and the team rosters were published. Zeynep "Rayka" Kalkan was not noticed in the BBL Queens lineup, and a day later, the club announced her move to the substitute bench. The athlete herself does not comment on her departure, but considering the approaching start of the season, it will be difficult for her to find a new team quickly, which indicates her unlikely appearance on the Valorant stage.
Geride bıraktığımız güzel anların ardından, BBL Queens oyuncularımızdan Zeynep "Rayka" Kalkan'a veda ediyoruz.
