Streamer and professional Valorant player Jrmzie was temporarily banned for using a prohibited tool. On his X page, he expressed dissatisfaction with the punishment, claiming it was a mistake and that he did not use cheats. According to Jrmzie, he was playing on an alternate account, which may have been banned due to suspected cheating.
1000% this is a false ban. I am not a cheater. Recently, I was playing on an alternate account, and that account was likely banned for cheating, which led to this ban.
After contacting Riot Games, the company's representatives reached out to Jrmzie, and following a computer check, Riot Games lifted the ban.
So this happened... 1000% this is a false ban. I am not a cheater. I have been playing on my alt account recently and that account has prob been getting reported for cheating which led to this ban. I have been grinding my ass off to improve in this game and the fact that right… pic.twitter.com/A4GQZjwp3M

In a subsequent post on X, Jrmzie clarified that the tool he used was meant to bypass streamer mode, which is against Valorant rules. He was given a two-week suspension with a warning of a possible permanent ban if the tool was used again.
ItsGamerDoc also commented on the situation, warning that players who break the rules will be strictly punished. He emphasized that Riot Games will not show leniency to those who violate the norms.
