NOEZ FOXX signs three new players for Valorant

On August 10, the Japanese team NOEZ FOXX announced the addition of three new players to their Valorant roster: BlackWiz, Esperanza, and thiefy.

NOEZ FOXX was founded in July last year. The team quickly garnered attention with the involvement of experienced players but failed to advance past the open qualifiers in VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024 Split 1 and 2. As a result, players Fisker, TENSAI, and coach SylFy left the team, prompting a rebuild before the upcoming season.

The new players joining the club bring significant experience from Challengers Japan 2024. BlackWiz and Esperanza have signed permanent contracts, while thiefy has joined the team on loan from NORTHEPTION. The roster is now fully assembled, including existing members Marin (malinho) and eKo. Details about former player barce have not been disclosed, but it is assumed he is not part of the main lineup.

BlackWiz previously played for NTH and joined VARREL in 2024, where he played as a controller. He helped his team reach the playoffs despite being knocked out in the open qualifiers the previous season. The team disbanded at the end of July 2024.

Esperanza, from Korea, joined NTH in the 2024 season after stints with T1 Korea and Dplus KIA and moved to Japan. This season, she played as an initiator and sensor, showing consistent results with an ACS of 212.8 and a K/D of 1.03 in Split 2. She left NTH on July 31, and her transfer to NOEZ FOXX has now been officially confirmed.

thiefy began his career with IGZIST around 2022 and then moved to NTH, where he became a primary duelist. In Split 2, he showed excellent physical stats with an ACS of 211.5 and emerged as one of the top players in Japan after Esperanza.

After a mixed performance in 2024, NOEZ FOXX hopes for positive changes with the addition of these new veterans.
