Ninjas in Pyjamas decides not to renew contract with Valorant team coach

The organization Ninjas in Pyjamas has decided not to renew the current contract with coach Hoc Wah "Fayde" Chong, who was leading their newly assembled squad in the Chinese region.

Hoc Wah "Fayde" Chon, the former coach of Ninjas in Pyjamas, announced on his social networks that his contract with the organization has ended, and he is now a free agent. Serving as a coach for less than four months, he was unable to lead the team to significant results during this period.

Despite unsatisfactory performances in the China Evolution series tournaments, the team managed to earn enough points to secure a slot at the VALORANT China Ascension 2023. They finished in fourth place at this tournament, missing out on the franchised league - VCT China League in 2024.

Hoc Wah "Fayde" Chon added that he has no intention of ending his career and is actively considering opportunities to join a team for this year's competitive season. He is open to considering any proposals.
