The agent suggests involving an outsider as cover and notes that the event's headliner will be the singer Mary Adeyemi, whose security could serve as the perfect cover story for the operative.

In the dossier, Captain Montrose addresses Lieutenant Delacroix, congratulating on successes and promising a reward after the capture of Paris. The document reveals plans for a major test and mentions the Megaspike, which is off-limits to anyone below clearance level six.
