Another Victim: New Details Emerge in the Florescent Scandal

The internet continues to buzz following allegations of sexual assault against top Valorant esports player Ava “florescent” Eugene. On May 17, Ava denied all accusations, calling them false, but today the story has taken a new turn: a user by the nickname karie published a detailed document presenting the events from the perspective of Ava's former partner, known as Brick.

Relationship and Traumatic Experience

According to the document, Brick and florescent were in a relationship from December 2022 to October 2023. Brick describes the relationship as "toxic, abusive, and controlling." The document contains screenshots of conversations, private posts by florescent on X, and candid personal confessions about multiple episodes of coercion, manipulation, and sexual pressure, including several instances that Brick explicitly calls sexual assault.

A particularly detailed incident is described from January 3, 2024, where, according to Brick, despite verbal refusals, Ava continued with sexual advances, ignoring pleas to stop. After 30 minutes of resistance, Brick "gave in," feeling trapped and helpless, which left a deep trauma.

False Pregnancy and Emotional Blackmail

The document also recounts an episode where Brick, in a state of panic, sent Ava an image of someone else's positive pregnancy test to gauge her reaction. Despite later clarifying that Brick was not actually pregnant, Ava continued to use this incident as leverage, accusing her of trying to "trap her with a child." It is also claimed that Ava regularly refused to use protection despite repeated requests from Brick and her fears about pregnancy.

Testimonies from Other Women

The document includes statements from two other former partners of florescent—one from Canada and another of Vietnamese descent. Both describe similar patterns of behavior by Ava: psychological pressure, manipulation, coercion into sex, and infidelity. One of the women claims that Ava sent her love messages while being in a relationship with someone else.

Among the attached materials:

  • Screenshots of conversations
  • Confessions of self-harm and emotional blackmail
  • Claims of suicide attempts that may have been used to manipulate Brick
  • Disturbing tweets from Ava

At the time of this article's publication, Ava has not publicly commented on the new wave of accusations. Previously, she denied the allegations that surfaced on May 17, stating they were untrue. You can read florescent's response to the past allegations at the link.
