Urszula “Xirreth” Klimczak is an esports behavior analyst and productivity coach. During her time in the gaming scene, she has worked with well-known teams such as Roccat, Fnatic, Gamers Origin, and TSM. Urszula spent the last year with the Finnish organization ENCE for CS:GO, where she helped them climb the world rankings and win the significant IEM Dallas.
It is worth noting that, judging by recent results, the Natus Vincere Valorant team needs external assistance. The squad hasn't achieved particular success in the latest competitive season VCT 2023. Among the prize places, they only managed 3rd-4th at VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo and 4th at VCT 2023: EMEA League. Meanwhile, at the last world championship, NAVI didn't even make it out of the group, finishing in 9th-12th place.
