Moist Moguls continue to disband their Valorant roster - sym is allowed to seek a new team

The Moist Moguls organization has moved Tyler "sym" Porter to the inactive roster, thus paving the way for him to find a new home. The player himself announced this on his Twitter account.

Recall that last month, the team began to disband its current roster. One of the members, flyuh, and coach Tanizhq also moved to the inactive roster and started looking for new teams. An obvious reason for the roster changes is the mediocre performance in 2023. Since the beginning of the season, the team faltered in the Valorant Challengers 2023: North America Split 1, finishing in 5th place, but later won the next stage of Split 2. The victory in the latter allowed the team to qualify for the Valorant Challengers 2023: North America Challenger Playoffs, where they finished in 3rd place. As a result, the team did not qualify for the upcoming VCA 2023 Americas.

The player's future

Sym is open to offers for the role of duelist and is also willing to learn flexibility and change his position. The 18-year-old American player began his career in Valorant in October 2020 and has been in many teams to date. The most famous of which is the TSM Academy youth team, with which he finished in 2nd place at the NSG: Summer Championship, earning $10,000 with the team. Considering that sym is only 18 years old and he has already been a prize-winner of many tier-2 tournaments, we think he will find a new team soon.
