Legendary player Óscar "mixwell" Cañellas has announced the end of his professional player career and transitioned into the role of content creator for the organization Team Heretics. This news came to light after he released a film about his career on his official Twitter page.

Óscar "mixwell" Cañellas began his professional career as a player in another competitive shooter - Counter-Strike. However, after the release of the game Valorant, he decided to try his hand at the new discipline and was immediately signed by the prestigious club G2 Esports. With them, he achieved the highest accomplishments in his Valorant career. Later, he left this club and joined the Spanish organization Team Heretics, which became his final stop in his career. Over three years, the player won prizes totaling over $78,000 and participated in several Masters tournaments.

The updated roster of Team Heretics will likely be announced during the European qualifiers for the Red Bull Home Ground 4 tournament, which will take place from October 14th to 15th in Istanbul. Four teams will compete for the final slot in the main part of the tournament, scheduled for November 3rd to 5th in the capital of Japan, Tokyo. This event is part of the recently announced OFF//SEASON event series.
