Yesterday, in his Twitter account, Argentinian coach Rodrigo "Onur" Dalmagro informed his followers that he is no longer part of Leviatan Esports. After 1.5 years with the team, Onur is starting to look for a new squad.
Today was my last day with @LeviatanGG. From now on I'm unrestricted free agent looking for offers as Head Coach or Strategic Coach from any region.

Onur's career
Rodrigo Dalmagro, a former League of Legends coach, moved to Valorant in August 2020 joining tier-2 team Estral Esports. As a coach, he helped the team to make a successful statement with several victories in tier-2 tournaments. Onur's next team was the well-known KRU Esports, which performed successfully in regional tournaments and even took the 3-4th place at Valorant Champions 2021. The last club of the coach was Leviatan Esports, where Rodrigo assisted players in securing 2nd place in VCT 2022: LATAM Stage 1 Challengers Playoffs and victory in the next stage VCT 2022: LATAM Stage 2. As for major tournaments, the coach's experience didn't bring Leviatan any prizes. In the 2022 World Championship, the team took 5-8th places, and also 5-8th place at VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo.
The coach's future
So far, neither the organization nor the coach himself have reported the reason for leaving the team. But the last decisive tournament, VCT 2023: Americas Last Chance Qualifier, ended with the team finishing 2nd, where they were defeated by Onur's former mentees - KRU Esports. As a result of this loss, the team didn't make it to the current World Championship, so their season has ended.
The coach is already preparing for the next season and reports that he is open to all offers for the position of head or strategic coach in any of the regions.
