Riot Games has announced that the simultaneous viewership for the VCT 2024 Masters Madrid reached an impressive mark of 3.1 million people, setting an unequivocal record in the history of Valorant esports.
During a video dedicated to the upcoming international event VCT 2024 Masters Shanghai, scheduled for late May, Riot Games shared the viewing results from Masters Madrid, which took place in March. According to the information provided, the peak simultaneous viewership reached 3.1 million, the average viewership during the final was 2.4 million, and throughout the entire tournament - 1.1 million.

Riot Games also emphasized that the average viewership for this event doubled compared to Masters Tokyo, held in 2023. Despite ending with a victory for Sentinels, Masters Madrid, featuring popular teams such as Sentinels, LOUD, and Karmine Corp, generated significant interest within the community.
The next major event, VCT 2024 Masters Shanghai, will take place in Shanghai, China, starting from May 23.
