After KPI Gaming's performances in the VCL Spain: Rising Split 1 2023 and VCL Spain: Rising Split 2 2023 tournaments, where the team ranked 6th in both splits and only stood out with a 5th place in the overall team ranking by VCL Spain Points, the management of the Spanish club decided to part ways with three players - Jon "jonba" Baraiazarra, Peter "shhhack" Belej, and Álvaro "kyrrz" Diego. They were replaced by the three new additions - Semyon "purp0" Borchev, Nikolai "zeddy" Lapko, and Dmytro "dimaxx" Paliy.
Updated KPI Gaming Roster
All three new players have extensive experience in the Valorant tier-2 scene. Last season, they all played in the Challengers league for different teams, interestingly, in different countries. This broad range of experience in European Challengers leagues may bring fresh ideas and inspirations to the team, possibly resulting in better achievements in the upcoming season than the current one. It's worth noting that KPI Gaming, by securing the 5th spot in the overall ranking, retained its place in the Spanish Challengers league for the following year.
We advise keeping an eye on our website to not miss the debut of KPI Gaming's updated lineup in future tournaments. This and other most relevant information will be provided on our site as soon as official announcements are made.
