Karmine Corp announces major changes in Valorant roster

Karmine Corp announced the departure of all members of their Valorant team, including the head coach, except for Ryad "Shin" Ensaad, who remains part of the team. This decision was made due to the unsatisfactory results of the past season.

After the end of the current season, Karmine Corp decided to part ways with almost all players of the Valorant team, including the head coach. The reason for this was the poor results, leading to a modest total winnings for the year. In the previous season, Karmine Corp only won $10,000, despite having stars like Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom on the team.

The Karmine Corp team consisted of

  • Ryad "Shin" Ensaad
  • Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom
  • Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom
  • Alexandre "xms" Forté
  • Ahmed "ZE1SH" Sheikh
  • Arthur "pm" Guillermet (head coach)

Most players refrained from commenting on their departure, except for Alexandre "xms" Forté. He stated that he was moved to the bench and announced that he would not be part of the team's lineup next year. Additionally, he acknowledged his mistakes and expressed gratitude to the club.

I am very disappointed with my performances, even knowing what I am capable of, especially after the 2022 season, which I managed to spend. It would be untrue to say that my mental state was always at 100%.

I am still very grateful for the opportunity to be part of KC, I met incredible people, and it was one of the best experiences I have had so far, although I have been in sports for almost ten years.

The only achievement of this lineup was a 9-16th place at the VCT LOCK//IN São Paulo 2023 tournament, where they earned $10,000. Subsequent tournaments ended in failure, including a farewell show match against T1.

It's important to note that the French club Karmine Corp is not leaving the discipline. Official announcements reveal that only Alexis "Newzera" Humbert and Arthur "pm" Guillermet have left the organization, while other team members remain under contract.
