JUGI is Preparing to Leave the FOKUS Esports Valorant Roster

Today, Danish professional player Jakob "JUGi" Hansen shared his future plans with fans. On his official social networks, the esports player announced that he is beginning the search for a new club.

As JUGi reported, starting today, he is an unrestricted free agent, as his current team, FOKUS Esports, has allowed him to look for a new home for the upcoming VCT 2024. Jakob is best at playing as a Duelist or OPerator, and is therefore looking for a club that has these roles available. He also mentioned that his ambitions are extremely high, and he wants to compete in the top league of Valorant.

At the moment, I am an unrestricted free agent. I am most comfortable playing as a Duelist/OP, but I am ready to play other roles for the right team. I am also open to projects with high ambitions, and am willing to move to any region. I really want to compete at the highest level and show everyone what I am capable of!

It should be noted that JUGi is a former professional CS:GO player who, during his career, played for many renowned clubs. He switched to Valorant in February 2022, joining FOKUS immediately. With the team, Jakob successfully competed on the tier-2 scene, but couldn't break into the top league. At the last VCT 2023: Ascension EMEA, the team finished in 5th-6th place, after which the organization began making significant changes to the roster, including parting ways with JUGi.

So far, there is no information on whether JUGi has received offers and from which teams. His fans, in the comments, suggest their own options for him. The most popular suggestion is the new lineup of SK Gaming, a well-known organization that recently announced the creation of a Valorant roster.
