Indian organization Global Esports is expanding its staff

Today, the co-founder and CEO of the Indian esports organization Global Esports - Rushindra Sinha, announced the team's plans to expand its Valorant team. On his Twitter account, he reported that the organization is ready to cooperate with new participants and is opening vacancies for several positions.

According to the CEO of the organization, the team is looking for several new employees who will create diverse content.

  • Content Production
  • Graphic Designer (Merch + Social)
  • Editor
  • Social Media
  • Marketing
  • Sales

The main requirement for prospective employees is only the ability to work remotely, or in Mumbai or Seoul.

The organization's expansion looks quite strange, given the team's performance in the last season of VCT 2023. Global Esports failed VCT 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo where they took 17-32 place and also the regional stage of VCT 2023: Pacific League which they finished in 8th place. The latest LCQ qualifications in the Pacific region also did not bring the team a prize place and as a result, the team missed the last world championship.

Perhaps the organization has found a new sponsor, thanks to whom it can afford to expand its staff. It is very likely that the team will also make changes in the current gaming roster to fully refresh and be ready for the future competitive season of Valorant Champions Tour 2024.
