On January 14, the Japanese esports organization REJECT officially announced the signing of a new player for their VALORANT division — Hate. The experienced esports player, who has competed in Japan, Korea, and China, is returning to the Japanese scene.

Hate, now 23 years old, began his VALORANT career in 2020. He gained recognition after playing for No Mercy, and later joined Cloud9 Korea, where he placed 4th at First Strike Korea. Over his career, Hate has played for teams such as DAMWON Gaming, DetonatioN Gaming, TNL Esports, Jadeite, CREST GAMING Zst, On Sla2ers, 17 Gaming, LFG Portal, and others. Last year, as part of LFG Portal, he won the VCK 2024 Split 1.

Hate is known for his versatility, showcasing confident gameplay on various agents, including Breach, Cypher, Skye, Killjoy, Fade, and Reyna. In official matches, he has used 17 agents, with his stats on Skye (K/D 1.21), Killjoy (K/D 1.29), and Sova (K/D 1.10) reflecting his high skill level.
