Hardware bans in Valorant for insults, What’s next for toxic players?

A video appeared on the official Riot Games YouTube channel where Anna Donlon discussed the current state of player behavior and plans for measures to rid the game of toxicity.

In the video, VALORANT's executive producer, Anna Donlon, spoke about the current state of player behavior and shared Riot Games' plans to address situations where players cross the line of acceptable behavior, going beyond merely offensive to threatening.

The video highlighted the introduction of new rules into the policy, expanding punishments for unacceptable behavior, including the possibility of hardware bans, and plans for next year to introduce an automated voice chat system that will detect violators. Currently, this system is only operational in North America.

If you are threatened or stalked in the game, you can submit a request to the player support service to have your case manually reviewed. You can do so using the following link.
