GON departs from his substitute role and officially joins FENNEL

It has just been revealed that the inactive member of Crest Gaming Zst - Kento "GON" Hara, who is currently playing as a substitute for the Japanese team FENNEL, has officially joined the latter's roster. This was announced by the organization representatives on their Twitter account.

Kento "GON" Hara left the active lineup of Crest Gaming Zst in September of this year, following an unsuccessful competitive season. During which, Kento and his team failed both stages of the Valorant Challengers 2023 Japan, finishing in 7th and 5-6th place respectively. After this, GON transferred to FENNEL and has been showing strong performance so far. The recent qualifiers for Red Bull Home Ground #4 ended with a victory for the Japanese team, thanks to which the club received an invitation to the main tournament. A significant contribution to the win was made by Kento himself. Even though he rarely made it to the top of the post-match table, his smokes while playing Omen and Viper were one of the key factors leading FENNEL to victory.

It should be noted that for our editorial staff and readers, GON's joining the team was not a surprise or revelation. We recently took a text interview with the team's head coach - Johnta. In which he talked about preparing the squad for the upcoming tournament and shared insights about most of the players.

The Japanese team is looking forward to an important tournament in the off-season - Red Bull Home Ground #4. 8 teams will participate in it, including several tops from the international scene. Continue following our portal to find out how FENNEL performs in the upcoming tournament.
