G2 Esports send Team Vitality to the lower bracket of Masters Bangkok 2025

In the match between G2 Esports and Team Vitality at Masters Bangkok 2025, the American region proved stronger and sent the best European team to the lower bracket to face T1.

The second upper bracket semifinal was played in a best-of-three format. Team Vitality and G2 Esports, who had never faced each other in Valorant before, were competing for a spot in the upper bracket final against EDward Gaming, while the loser would fall to the lower bracket, where T1 was already waiting.

The match began on Bind, Team Vitality's pick, where both teams were evenly matched, pushing the game into overtime. In the second series, G2 Esports managed to win two rounds in a row, securing their opponent's map pick. Lotus continued to prove that both teams were on equal footing, as the first half ended in a tie, but despite Team Vitality’s best efforts, G2 Esports took the second half and secured the series.
