Former Team Heretics and G2 Esports player nukkye is looking for a new team

On September 8, Lithuanian player nukkye, previously with Team Heretics, G2 Esports, and GIANTX, announced on his X (formerly Twitter) page that he is looking for a new team. He is seeking opportunities with teams in Europe and America and is open to playing as an initiator, controller, or flex.

Career in CS and transition to VALORANT

At 26 years old, nukkye began his esports career in 2016 on the CS scene, playing for mid-tier European teams such as The Imperial and HellRaisers. He competed in major tournaments like DreamHack and earned around $57,000 in prize money over his CS career (from 2016 to 2020).

In 2020, nukkye switched to VALORANT, joining Team Heretics in October of that year. With the team, he won First Strike EU and took second place at VCT 2021 EU Masters. In June 2021, he signed with G2 Esports, where he participated in VCT 2021 Stage 3 Masters and VCT 2022 Stage 1 Masters.

In 2022, following a setback with the G2 Esports partnership program, nukkye left the team and joined Giants Gaming (now GIANTX). Last year, his new team placed 6th at VCT 2023 EMEA but won the LCQ and qualified for VALORANT Champions 2023. In March 2024, it was announced that his contract with the player had ended.
