Former professional Valorant player wins medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris

Former professional Valorant player and swimmer Rowan Crothers has won a bronze medal at the Paralympic Games in Paris. He mentioned that he partially owes this achievement to the experience he gained while playing Valorant.

Rowan Crothers, who previously competed professionally in Valorant, earned the bronze medal at this year’s Paralympic Games in Paris. The athlete expressed his gratitude towards Valorant, emphasizing that the game taught him an important lesson: you can always climb higher in the rankings, even if you start at third place.

In 2020, Rowan Crothers played Valorant professionally under the alias "magnetbrain" for the team Pants Down, participating in several tournaments. However, he wasn't able to achieve the same high level of success in esports as he did in swimming.

Congratulations poured in from fans, fellow athletes, and the gaming community alike. The official Valorant account also recognized his achievement and congratulated him on his medal.
