The last tier-2 tournament of the Valorant off-season will conclude in just a few days, and the participants of the grand final have recently been announced. The final match will feature a clash between Fire Flux Esports and Fenerbahçe Esports, both of whom reached the final stage without much trouble.
The first finalist, Fire Flux Esports, advanced thanks to a smooth series of victories in the upper bracket. Starting as a favorite, the team defeated their future opponents Fenerbahçe Esports 2-0, Digital Athletics also 2-0, and in the upper bracket final, they overcame İstanbul Wildcats with a score of 2-1. This impressive winning streak is logical, considering the club is among the top 30 teams in Europe, while most of the participants are not even in the top 100.
The second finalist, Fenerbahçe Esports, also boasts an impressive series of victories. As mentioned earlier, the team lost its first match against their upcoming opponents and then moved to the lower bracket, where they easily advanced to the grand final. The team's victories include: Regnum Carya 2-0, Galakticos 2-0, Galatasaray Esports 2-1, and İstanbul Wildcats 3-0. Thanks to this, the club has the opportunity to take revenge against the tournament favorites.
Remember, the Open Fire All Stars 2023 is the last tier-2 tournament in the Valorant off-season before the start of 2024. The event takes place from December 17th to 30th, in a LAN format at the ESA Espor Arena in Istanbul. The 8 best Turkish teams, who received direct invitations, compete for a total prize pool of $5,100 and the championship title.
