The Japanese-based esports team FAV Gaming has announced the recruitment of new members for their Valorant roster.
According to the official statement, FAV Gaming is accepting applications from players who have reached the Radiant rank and are between 16 and 27 years old. The team does not limit the choice of agent or role but requires players to be able to participate in team activities full-time.
Additional requirements include experience working in a team environment, proficiency in Japanese for effective communication, readiness for independent practice, and maintaining a high level of motivation.
