FromSoftware is keeping the challenge coming in Elden Ring: Nightreign with the next wave of Everdark Sovereigns landing on July 31. This time, four enhanced Nightlords will enter the fray: Tricephalos, Augur, Equilibrious Beast, and Fissure in the Fog.

These brutal bosses are part of a rotating roster that began last month, a system that feels straight out of the live service playbook. Initially, three Everdark Sovereigns were introduced one at a time over three weeks. That rotation is set to end soon and the new batch of Nightlords will take their place immediately after. 

FromSoftware hasn't officially confirmed how these new foes will be distributed, but based on previous updates, it's likely they'll follow the same weekly rotation format. Maybe it would be two bosses at the same time in one rotation.

Fans Want More

While these enhanced Nightlords offer a fresh challenge, many players are still holding out for the duo mode teased earlier this summer. Confirmed but still shrouded in mystery, this feature remains one of the most anticipated additions to Nightreign.

And then there's the upcoming DLC, promised before the end of the year. Details are scarce, and fans are growing restless as they wait for more substantial content. But now we are all waiting for news about new Nightreign additions.

Meanwhile, the community continues to hope for a new playable character, something fans have been asking for since launch. Unfortunately, there’s still no official information on whether or when such a character might arrive.
