This game error involves using Omen's teleport to access an off-limits surface located at a height where other players are unlikely to expect an opponent.

Riot Games has not yet responded to the streamer's post, which he made on his Twitter page to draw as much attention as possible to this error. Therefore, it's unlikely it will be fixed in the upcoming patch 7.08, which is already undergoing testing.
