The DRX club, part of the VCT in the Pacific region, strengthened its roster with the signing of Park "Estrella" Geon, who recently left Rex Regum Qeon, even before the conclusion of VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 1.
The organization unexpectedly announced Estrella’s addition on its X social media page. The team is currently showing strong results in the group stage, with two wins in two matches and high chances for a third. That’s why the new signing came as a surprise to fans. DRX now has six players on the roster, but it is unknown whether Estrella will be used as a sixth player or become part of the main lineup.

Park "Estrella" Geon is a 25-year-old player who began his professional career in 2022. After a year and a half, he got a chance to compete on the tier-1 scene with Rex Regum Qeon, where he served as the team captain. The team’s best result with him was a 5th-6th place finish at VCT 2024: Pacific Stage 2. After VCT 2025: Pacific Kickoff, the club parted ways with Estrella and signed Ngô "crazyguy" Công Anh, who now fills his former role.
DRX’s next match is scheduled for April 7, where the team will face Global Esports in VCT 2025: Pacific Stage 1. DRX has every chance to improve its group stage record to 3:0, as Global Esports has a recently formed roster and also lost its head coach, who was suspended from competition.
