On July 27, the Korean professional esports team DRX released their second official statement regarding community discussions related to their players' personal lives. The team had already issued their first statement the day before, emphasizing that the issue is under investigation and urging against publications that might be considered defamation until official results are available. DRX is also considering legal action regarding the insults directed at their players.

The new statement from DRX includes the following points:

We confirm that false information and defamation regarding our players continue to spread. In response, we intend to take severe measures both civilly and criminally to protect the honor of our players and the organization. These accusations offend the integrity of DRX, our professional team, our players, and our dedicated fans. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy and will respond appropriately to these accusations.

DRX urges its fans to report false information and defamatory statements related to this matter to [email protected]. All messages will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.

The team will continue to work on creating conditions where players can showcase their abilities and aims to live up to their fans' trust. As of now, the investigation into specific allegations against the player is not yet complete, and the team will need to wait for the final results.
