Complexity GX3 is disbanding their Valorant roster, but not leaving the discipline

The reshuffling on the women's Valorant scene continues, and today the biggest of them became known. The American organization Complexity has announced that it is allowing all members of its women's Valorant team to seek new offers.

In their official Twitter account, club representatives made an important statement concerning the past and future of the organization itself. They stated that the management had been evaluating the team's success in the Game Changers league for a long time, but simply there is not enough time to prepare for the upcoming season. Considering this, a decision was made that would place the players' interests at the highest level, namely allowing them to look for a new team.

Over the past months, Complexity has been evaluating the future of our participation in VALORANT Game Changers, trying to maintain significant investments in creating a stronger future in esports for women. Although we see a future for us in GC, the recent announcement of the fast-approaching GC1 event in 2024 does not leave enough time to solidify our way forward. As a result, we have decided to allow all current GX3 members to explore the possibilities for the 2024 season. This does not mean we are leaving the Game Changers scene, but we are prioritizing the players' interests. Thank you to the Game Changers community for your continuous support.

The team's roster has changed very frequently over the past year, and almost every month the team said goodbye and welcomed new members. Despite the constant flow of personnel, the club showed decent results on the Game Changes scene. After the girls failed the first stage, they fully redeemed themselves at the second stage of VCT 2023: Game Changers North America Series S2, where they received the silver title. The off-season also ended successfully, and the team took second place at The Cozy Clash.

So far, there is no information about the future teams the girls will join. It is also unknown whether all of them will continue their participation in the women's league, but some participants have already reported that they do not plan to end their careers and thanked Complexity GX3 for the time spent together.
