Changes in the DRX Changers roster - Juri leaves player position to become team manager

Today, the well-known Korean team DRX announced changes in their women's Valorant roster. It has been revealed that one of the key members of the team, Tamai "juri" Juri, is leaving the playing field to take on the position of team manager.

In their official Twitter account, team representatives announced Tamai's transition to the role of head manager. The team bid farewell to the player, stating that it would be a difficult loss for the playing squad, but they are still happy that juri will remain in the organization and continue to support them.

Today, Tamai "juri" Juri will leave the DRX Changers roster as a player and take on the role of a manager. While it's sad to see her departure from the scene, we are happy to see that her new chapter continues with DRX Changers! Thank you for your support!

Tamai "juri" Juri joined DRX Changers in mid-April 2023. During her time with the team, she participated in two qualifying stages for the VCT 2023: Game Changers Japan women's world championship. In the first stage, the club performed well and secured second place, but in the second stage, the team completely failed and finished in 5-6th place. This result did not allow the team to advance to the regional qualifiers and participate in the Game Changers Championship 2023.

It is currently unknown who will replace juri in the playing roster. The team recently moved two members to the bench, and they stated they would be looking for new opportunities, so it is unlikely they will return to the team. Considering that the official competition season has ended, this means that the club does not have any tournaments planned in the near future, so they can take their time in choosing a new player.
