Another Saudi organization, The Ultimates, has announced changes to its Valorant roster. Spanish analyst Alejandro “Bengall” Guerrero, who served as an assistant coach for the team, is leaving the group today.
Alejandro announced this himself on his official Twitter account. In addition to saying goodbye to the club and his former teammates, Bengall also mentioned that he does not know his future plans. This may indicate that the Spanish coach plans to leave the competitive Valorant scene because, according to his words, he lacks the time to engage in what he likes.
I officially leave TheUltimates. This is a decision I made, and it's one of the hardest for me. I am very grateful to the team and each of its members, and I boldly state that they are beasts and work hard every day. I don't know what will happen with my future, but I clearly understand that I cannot devote all my time to what truly makes me happy.
Alejandro “Bengall” Guerrero joined the team in early September 2023, when the organization announced its updated roster. Under his leadership, the club participated in the Saudi eLeagues 2023: Season 2, where the team finished in second place. Another event, Superdome 2023: Egypt, ended in defeat for the team during the qualifications, so The Ultimates did not advance to the main tournament.
The real reason for Alejandro's departure from the team is still unknown. Perhaps the team's management was not satisfied with its results during the last season, or the coach simply decided to change his surroundings. We will follow the official information to find out where Bengall will perform in the future.
