Bati has been moved to the substitute bench in SK Gaming and is preparing to leave the team

After setting up its Valorant roster in January 2024, the German organization SK Gaming is making its first player changes. Yesterday, it was revealed that one of the main lineup members, Miguel "Bati" Batista, has been moved to the substitute bench and will soon be leaving the team.

This decision was disclosed through the player’s official social media accounts. In his Twitter account, Miguel stated that after the first stage of the 2024 Challengers DACH, the team management moved him to the substitute bench. The player is now looking for a new team, but is disappointed by the fact that the season is in full swing, and most teams are already fully formed.

Miguel "Bati" Batista joined the team along with other members on January 10, 2024, when the squad first introduced its Valorant roster. During this period, SK Gaming participated in only one official tournament, VALORANT Challengers 2024 DACH: Evolution Split 1, where the team finished in third place. This allowed the club to receive a direct invitation to the next stage, but they will be competing without Miguel for unclear reasons.

The team representatives have not commented on their decision regarding Bati, so fans of the club and the player can only wait for official information, which will likely be published once Miguel finds a new home.
