Art from Sengoku Gaming will not participate in VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024: Split 2

Player Art, who is currently part of the Sengoku Gaming team, announced that he will not be participating in the VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024: Split 2 competition on March 18.

Art, who served as IGL during the 2023 season and led Jadeite to second place in the country, openly stated that he will not participate in VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024: Split 2. He also revealed that his 2024 season as a player will end here. He also talked about his plans for the current year, intending to use his experience and knowledge to help other players and Valorant enthusiasts grow and spread the appeal of the game.

He acknowledged having difficulties finding a team, expressing that "99.999% of players retire" in the offseason, but in October 2023, he announced his joining Crest Gaming Zst. During the Japanese Predator League qualifiers, he achieved results that allowed him to claim second place, but on January 10, it was announced that the contract was terminated by mutual agreement.

Art had previously announced that he would not participate in VALORANT Challengers Japan 2024: Split 1, after which he joined Sengoku Gaming, his former club. Although it was expected that he would lead the team in the second split, he announced a suspension of activity.
