Chao Hui EDward Gaming has become the eighth and final team to head to the biggest event of the year, the VCT 2023: Game Changers Championship, following their championship win at the VCT 2023: Game Changers East Asia.
Throughout the year, teams have competed for the chance to participate in the VCT 2023: Game Changers Championship. However, only the eight best from around the world have earned the opportunity to compete for a significant prize pool, the exact amount of which is currently unknown. The total reward for the last women's world championship amounted to $500,000.
Of the eight teams, only three participated in last year's world championship. Among them is G2 Gozen, who not only won that tournament but also took home the largest share of the prize money, amounting to $180,000. Despite two changes in their roster, this team remains the favorite for this event.
The Roster for VCT 2023: Game Changers Championship
The VCT 2023: Game Changers Championship will take place from November 28 to December 3 in São Paulo at the Arena CBLOL. This event, apart from its immense scale, is the last for women's teams this season.
