Recently, a story appeared on Reddit about how a Valorant player received an exclusive non-sellable item, the "Fist Bump Gun Buddy," from a Riot Games employee. This happened during an unranked game when the player accidentally encountered a company representative.

The player was in a team with a few friends, including one who was just starting to play Valorant. During the match, they explained agent abilities and tactics to the newcomer, while on the opposing side, there was a Reyna from Ascendant 3. Although Reyna jokingly congratulated the team on their Immortal level, the player responded respectfully, acknowledging her high skill level and wishing her a quick ascent to a deserving rank.

The match ended with the player’s team winning 13-12, with the final kill made by the newcomer. After the game, the player received a friend request from Killjoy, who turned out to be a Riot Games employee. In gratitude for the excellent gameplay and positive interaction, Killjoy sent the player and his friends the "Fist Bump Gun Buddy."

The "Fist Bump Gun Buddy" is an exclusive item featuring the Riot Games fist logo that cannot be obtained through regular gameplay. Riot Games has previously stated that it can only be acquired through positive interactions with company staff.
